1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Norcross Auto Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your use of our auto repair services, website, and communications.

By using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

Repair Services

  • We provide automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services
  • All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and parts procurement
  • Repair times are estimates and may vary based on unforeseen circumstances

Estimates and Pricing

  • We strive to provide accurate estimates for repairs
  • Additional repairs may be necessary after initial diagnosis
  • We will seek your approval before performing work that exceeds the original estimate
  • Prices are subject to change based on parts availability and market conditions

3. APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

  • Appointments are recommended but not always required
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your schedule
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, staff availability, or other business needs

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options
  • Returned checks are subject to a fee
  • Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full

5. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

  • We provide warranties on parts and labor as specified at the time of service
  • Warranty coverage varies by repair type and parts used
  • Warranties may be void if:
    • The vehicle is further modified or tampered with
    • The vehicle is not maintained according to recommendations
    • The issue results from abuse, misuse, or accident

6. VEHICLE STORAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

  • We are not responsible for personal items left in your vehicle
  • Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle
  • Storage fees may apply for vehicles left more than 5 business days after service completion

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

  • Phone calls regarding your vehicle service
  • Email communications about your repairs or maintenance
  • Text messages (if you opt-in) with appointment reminders and service updates
  • Marketing communications about special offers and promotions

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through:

  1. Direct communication to resolve the matter amicably
  2. Mediation with a mutually agreed upon mediator
  3. Binding arbitration in Gwinnett County, Georgia

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our premises or website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
